Panera sent Bun Bun crochet kits to creators to build hype and get them posting, with the goal of bringing people into Panera locations to hold craft meetups. The kit's only instructions were its tutorial video. The version from the factory in China was shot in poor lighting, so the hands looked gray. It had a robotic AI voiceover, and it was missing the last half of the instructions, the most complicated part.

I got the factory's original script so I had a starting point, then learned basic crochet so I could recognize the stitches and rewrite every step in order. I color graded the footage back to natural skin tones, and handled the edit, subtitles, client revisions, YouTube setup with chapter timestamps, and the QR code printed in every kit.

My partner leads creative and day-of production. I run the business side: budget, bookkeeping, cash handling, venue relations, and marketing. I contract and pay the DJs, poster artist, stagehand, and photographer.

For the debut in June 2026, I made the video creative, ran the Meta Ads, and put up posters around downtown. 143 people came, close to the venue's capacity, and the show made money. The second show, a drum and bass night, is on November 21.

I was brought in to clean up the backend data for Just Poke, pulling pricing from their POS, CRM, inventory, and fulfillment systems into one reporting layer for leadership.

While going through it, I found that nobody knew what any recipe cost. The menu had been reworked, but the costs were still based on the old recipes. The new recipes were also written in volumes, while ingredients were bought by weight, so there was no way to calculate the real cost from the data they had.

I also interviewed technology vendors to help them choose tools that would keep their data cleaner going forward.

EatDirt had no fulfillment operation of its own, so I built one. I designed the commissary, sourced the packaging, set up last-mile delivery and carrier workflows, coordinated vendors across packaging, supply, and technology, built the KPI reporting, and trained the staff who ran it.

I documented the whole operation in video and writing so it would keep running after I left.

We built a B2B marketplace and inventory platform so small and mid-size producers could sell directly to restaurants. My co-founder was the lead engineer. I managed the project, split the build with him, and led the work of finding customers.

We went to industry events and met producers and buyers in person to get the platform in front of them, then turned what they told us into the next things to build. At its peak, about 40 regular sellers were using it to sell to restaurants.

A two-day donor event where each donor was fitted for a jean jacket, then customized it with heat-pressed patches.

I traveled with the Juice team, helped with setup, and worked out the sizing station layout. Back of house, I ran order staging so every jacket stayed matched to its donor, and kept the order data clean through a 14-hour first day. I also took over the heat press and rotated through fitting, pressing, and hand-out.

I reorganized how orders were assembled on the factory floor and directed the fulfillment, production, and distribution teams.

I built the warehouse logistics metrics, used them to find where the line slowed down, and trained department leads to hold standard work practices and compliance.

WinStar is one of the largest casinos in the world. Each event was different, but the job was the same: plan the flow, work the crowd, and keep people moving while making sure they left happy.
